Building the GoodLifeForAll Movement – Together
| Empowering local action for global challenges through digital public infrastructure, knowledge, culture and creativity |

The GloCha GoodLifeForAll CoCreationLab 2026 is an international working lab where committed partners come together to co-create practical solutions, tools and programs for the upcoming GoodLifeForAll Campaign, an ambitious global youth mass mobilization campaign, aiming to get everyone, everywhere engaged in collaborative efforts for healthier people, stronger communities and a healthier planet.
This is not another conference.
It is a collaborative space where representatives of cities, universities, youth organizations, Rotary members, creatives, civic innovators, climate practitioners and funders work together to develop real partnerships, pilot projects and digital tools that can be implemented locally and scaled internationally in the context of programs and goals of the United Nations and European programs, like the EU Climate Pact.

What We Will Co-Create
During the CoCreationLab we will further develop and test the GloCha ecosystem, including:
- GoodLifeForAll Campaign – a global movement inspiring, empowering, and connecting individual and collective action for healthy lifestyles, healthy communities and a healthy planet
- Challenges Mapping Tool (CMT) – for citizen science, community engagement and local challenge mapping
- Global Challenges Action ID – trusted participation and contributor recognition
- Global Challenges Action Registry – documenting verified community action
- DigitalArt4Climate – connecting creativity, education and climate engagement
- Climate & Culture Walks – combining local heritage, citizen science and community dialogue
- pilot concepts for cities, schools, universities and community organizations
The focus is practical collaboration, testing ideas and preparing pilots—not producing lengthy reports.

Contribute expertise in Digital Public Infrastructure, AI, geospatial technologies, digital identity, open standards and responsible innovation.

Help build scalable public-interest infrastructure that enables measurable community impact, partnership development and locally owned innovation.
A Six-Day Co-Creation Journey
Each day focuses on one step of building the campaign:
- Orientation – understanding the vision
- Tools – exploring GloCha technologies
- Practice – testing solutions in the field
- Outreach – International Youth Day campaign activities
- Resources – partnerships and funding
- Growth – scaling pilots and future collaboration
The programme combines workshops, field activities, partner meetings and collaborative design sessions.
Expected Outcomes
Participants will help create:

- improved Challenges Mapping tools
- communication materials
- partnership agreements
- funding concepts
- roadmap toward COP31, UN events and future international implementation.
