Three forces, one mission
GloCha works where culture, technology and people meet. Each pillar carries its own programmes, but they are designed to reinforce one another: culture creates the will to act, technology makes the action provable, and social innovation turns it into something communities own.
Culture
Art, sport and storytelling move people in a way that policy documents cannot. GloCha's cultural programmes put artists and athletes at the centre of climate communication, and give young creators a route into international forums.
#DigitalArt4Climate, our longest-running cultural initiative, has brought digital artists into UN venues from the High-Level Political Forum to the COP Digital Innovation Pavilion.
Key objectives
- Make climate action culturally desirable and socially valued.
- Give young creators a platform inside international climate processes.
- Use the road to the LA 2028 Games as a global cultural milestone.
Programmes
DigitalArt4Climate
Digital art and collectibles made by young creators, exhibited inside UN venues from the High-Level Political Forum to the COP Digital Innovation Pavilion, and used to raise funds for local climate work.
DA4C Co-Creation Hubs
School and community programmes that pair climate learning with digital creative skills, so the art and the understanding are made in the same room.
Technology
Commitments only count when they can be verified. GloCha builds and convenes open digital public infrastructure for identity, registries and verification, so that action taken anywhere can be recognised everywhere.
The technology pillar is where GloCha ID and the Action Registry live, developed with university and technical partners rather than as closed products.
Key objectives
- Make individual and collective climate action measurable and portable.
- Keep the underlying standards open so no single actor owns the ledger.
- Lower the technical barrier for cities and NGOs to adopt verification.
Programmes
The Challenges Mapping Tool
Citizen science mapping of local environmental and social challenges, built with research partners under the EU Interreg Central Europe project JETforCE and in pilot use today.
GloCha ID and the Action Registry
A portable identity and a shared record of verified action, developed openly with research and technical partners rather than as a closed product.

Social Innovation
Infrastructure is useless without the people and institutions willing to use it. GloCha's social innovation work builds the partnerships, co-creation formats and local pacts that turn tools into practice.
This includes citizen-science formats, challenge-mapping workshops and local pacts for the future, co-designed with cities, universities and youth organisations.
Key objectives
Programmes
#GoodLifeForAll
The global youth mobilisation the other two pillars exist to serve: healthy people, healthy communities and a healthy planet, built towards 2028.
Campus challenges mapping
Challenges mapping embedded in university teaching, so students map real community needs as coursework and earn recognised micro-credentials for the work.
Co-creation labs
Working sessions where partners, young people and city representatives build and test the tools together instead of receiving them finished.
