The side event explores how digital public infrastructure can unlock new forms of partnership and resource mobilization for local action on global challenges. Building on the COP30 “Global Mutirão” all of society engagement vision and Rotary’s worldwide network of professionals and community leaders, the session will showcase emerging partnership models that connect citizen-level climate and SDG action with trusted data, geospatial tools and innovative finance. 

Speakers from UN missions, Rotary, GloCha, UNOOSA, Uganda, Long Beach City College, APHA, NASW/CA  and other partners will present concrete use cases on community action empowerment, social justice and systemic change, (micro) impact entrepreneurship and public health and wellbeing capacity building and discuss how interoperable digital solutions can strengthen accountability, scale impact and support collective action for people and planet.
